24 exhibitors from the entire Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also from Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey, Austria and other European countries are present at the exhibition.
In Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the third International Construction and Real Estate Investment Exhibition “Real Expo Sarajevo 2024” was opened on Wednesday, intended for investors, development sectors, especially construction, production, sustainable development and mobility.
As organisers state, the exhibition presents an ideal annual opportunity for entrepreneurs and companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region to promote new projects, exchange knowledge and experience, and establish business contacts with potential foreign investors and clients, especially from the Middle East.
Dženita Lutvić, project manager of the exhibition, said that exhibitors are present from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also from Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey, Austria and other European countries. She added that a total of 24 exhibitors were participating in the event.
“Main concept of the exhibition is to present investments and investment projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina to neighboring countries, and to attract potential investors from Arab countries using European technologies and practices, and ultimately to implement them,” said Lutvić.
Rasim Šehić, assistant director of the Cantonal Agency for Attracting Investments and Privatization – KAIP, shared that the agency is a partner of this year’s exhibition.
“The objective of this international conference is to gather as many potential foreign investors, as well as domestic investors as possible. Government representatives will also be in attendance. So it is in our interest to make as many contacts as possible, both between government representatives and between investors, which will result in new investments in Sarajevo Canton”, highlighted Šehić.
Sunita Dacić, representative of the Queen Properties company from Vienna, is participating in this exhibition for the first time.
“We are here for the first time at this exhibition. We are delighted to be a part of the exhibition. This year, we are presenting our construction project in Dubai,” said Dacić.
Real Expo Sarajevo will last until August 8th, 2024, and is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, in “Hotel Hills”.
Cantonal Agency for Attracting Investments and Privatization stated that the exhibition includes European international exhibitors from the sector of sustainable living technology, including smart building, renewable energy and e-mobility, as well as exhibitors from construction-related sectors such as building materials, construction and furniture.
